Services

ThinkDev Studio provides web design, web development, AI integration, and related digital services as described in individual project contracts. Each project is governed by a separate signed service contract that specifies scope, price, timeline, and payment terms.

Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due before final files or a live launch are delivered. For projects over ₱150,000, a milestone-based schedule (40/30/30) applies.

Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom design assets and code produced for their project. ThinkDev Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing within 14 days of project completion.

Limitation of liability

ThinkDev Studio's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.
